It was obvious that michael did not know a thing about football with his punk ass.
Normal speaking person "Michael Ventre, YOU CAN SUCK IT
I was 4 when this game was played. But I remember watching our home-recorded VHS tape of this game at least 30 times as a kid. I know this game like it's part of my life history, and it's been an important factor in my development as a devoted Bama fan. I'm a junior at the Capstone now, and can't wait to watch the 2010 BCS Championship Game, when we'll hopefully beat Texas with the help of Bama's 1st Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram. Roll Tide!
I must agree with Snap... I CAN'T erase that stripping as the Greatest Alabama play of all time (Protho's Southern Miss catch behind the helmet second) because of all the hype prior to the game. I still feel the adrenaline and elation just by watching it... if "egg on my face" Lamar Thomas had run with his mouth instead of his legs, I'm not sure if even Teague could have caught him.
I'll never forget this game. I was one of the Bama faithful, that was actually worried about the Hurricanes. Wow, Bama surprised everyone. I have never seen a better display of NCAA defense since then. The George Teague play, where he stripped the ball is the best football play of all time
This video is awesome, I'd like to have a talk with Mr.Miami Michael!
